These terms apply to the services arranged by Makkahmadina, a team based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. Please read them before confirming a booking with us. By confirming a booking, you agree to these terms. If anything is unclear, please contact us on WhatsApp before you confirm.
Our Services
We arrange Umrah packages, Jeddah Airport transfers, Makkah to Madinah transport, ziyarat, private and group transport, city transfers between Saudi cities, hotel booking assistance, and, on request, visa applications and flight tickets. Each service can be booked on its own or combined into one arrangement.
Transport is arranged through transport providers, and hotel rooms are booked with the hotels themselves. We coordinate these services for you, but the hotel or transport provider remains responsible for the service it provides. On request, we can also arrange your flight tickets and apply for your visa on your behalf. Visas are issued, and applications decided, by the Saudi authorities, not by us.
Quotes and Booking Confirmation
- There are no fixed public prices. Every quote is prepared around your dates, hotels, vehicles and group size.
- A quote is valid for 3 days and is subject to hotel and vehicle availability at the time you confirm.
- Your quote will show the total price before you confirm.
- Your booking is confirmed once we agree the details and dates with you on WhatsApp.
Payment Policy
We primarily accept cash payments. However, bank transfer may also be available for clients who prefer this payment method.
If you would like to pay by bank transfer, please contact our team through WhatsApp. Once you have discussed your booking with us and are comfortable proceeding, our team can provide the appropriate bank account details directly through WhatsApp.
Please contact us to confirm your booking, payment arrangements, and the accepted payment methods before making any payment.
- Cash can be paid in any currency when your service starts or when you arrive in Makkah.
- There is no deposit for most services, such as transport and ziyarat.
- Hotel bookings may need an advance payment. If so, we will tell you before you confirm.
- We never ask for bank card details on this website, and we do not publish bank account details here.
Changes and Cancellations
- We do not charge a cancellation fee for our own services.
- If your plans change, please tell us on WhatsApp at least 24 hours in advance.
- If your flight is delayed or your arrival time changes, please send us your updated flight details on WhatsApp as soon as possible.
- If your visa is refused, your booking is treated as cancelled. For hotel bookings, the hotel’s own rules apply.
Hotel Booking, Cancellation and No Show Policy
All hotel reservations are subject to the applicable hotel’s booking conditions, cancellation policy, refund rules, and no show terms.
If a client confirms a hotel reservation and subsequently cancels the booking or fails to arrive, any applicable cancellation fees, no show charges, or other permitted costs will be payable in accordance with the confirmed booking conditions and applicable laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
Clients should review the applicable cancellation and refund conditions before confirming a reservation. Where applicable, cancellation charges will be determined by the confirmed booking terms and the relevant regulations.
No additional cancellation fees or penalties will be imposed unless supported by the applicable booking conditions and legal requirements.
Transport and Vehicles
- Vehicles are arranged according to your group size, luggage and itinerary, subject to availability. Options may include small cars and sedans, Hyundai Staria, Hyundai Starex, GMC vehicles, Hiace vans, Coasters and large passenger buses with up to 49 seats.
- Vehicle photos on this website are for illustration only. The vehicle provided may differ in model, colour and year.
- Meet and greet, child seats, extra luggage, night travel and preferred driver languages are subject to confirmation and availability.
- Please be ready at the agreed pickup time and tell us about any change as early as possible.
Your Responsibilities
- Make sure your passport, visa and any Umrah permit are valid for your trip, and check the latest requirements on official Saudi platforms.
- Give us accurate travel dates, flight details, number of travellers and special requirements.
- Follow the rules of the hotels, transport providers and holy sites during your stay.

Rules on visas, permits, health requirements and travel can change, so please confirm important details with the relevant official sources before you travel. Limits of Our Responsibility
We do our best to arrange every service as agreed. However, we are not responsible for delays or changes caused by events outside our control, such as flight delays, traffic, weather, road closures, crowd management at the holy sites or decisions made by authorities. If a service cannot be provided as planned, we will try to arrange a suitable alternative and keep you informed on WhatsApp.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
