Hotel Booking Assistance for Umrah
Finding the right accommodation in Makkah and Madinah can take time, especially in busy seasons. Our team in Makkah can help you find hotel options that match your dates, your group and your budget, and include them in your Umrah quote.
What Our Hotel Booking Assistance Includes
When you ask for hotel booking assistance, we look for accommodation options that match what you have asked for, whether that is a hotel near the Haram, a family room or a particular budget. Suitable options are included in your quote, so you can compare them before you decide.
Once you confirm, we help arrange the hotel booking you requested. You can contact us during your trip if you need help with your accommodation.
For guidance on choosing where to stay, see our guide to Makkah and Madinah hotels.
What to Tell Us
The more we know about your plans, the better we can match your hotel options.
Travel Dates and Nights in Each City
Tell us when you plan to travel and how many nights you would like to spend in Makkah and in Madinah.
Number of Travellers and Rooms
Let us know how many people are travelling, including children and elderly relatives, and how many rooms you need.
Preferred Location
Tell us how close you would like to be to Masjid al-Haram or Masjid an-Nabawi, for example as close as possible to the Haram and the Clock Tower area, or a little further away for more space.
Budget and Room Type
Share your budget and any room preferences, such as extra beds, connecting rooms or meal options, where the hotel offers them.
Makkah and Madinah in One Arrangement
Many pilgrims stay in both cities during their trip. We can arrange accommodation in Makkah and Madinah as one arrangement, planned around your itinerary, or help with just one city if you have already booked the other.
Combine With Other Services
Hotel booking assistance can be arranged on its own or combined with other services in one quote. If you would like your hotels arranged as part of a wider Umrah package, see our Umrah packages from the UK, Umrah packages from the USA or Umrah packages from Canada.
Jeddah Airport Transfers
Transfers from Jeddah Airport to your hotel in Makkah, and back to the airport at the end of your stay.
Makkah–Madinah Transport
Road transport between Makkah and Madinah in either direction, planned around your itinerary.
Ziyarat in Makkah, Madinah, Jeddah and Taif
Visits to places of religious and historical significance in Makkah and Madinah, as well as Jeddah and Taif, arranged as part of your trip.

Clients should review the applicable cancellation and refund conditions before confirming a reservation. Where applicable, cancellation charges will be determined by the confirmed booking terms and the relevant regulations.
No additional cancellation fees or penalties will be imposed unless supported by the applicable booking conditions and legal requirements.
Hotel Booking FAQs
Common questions about our hotel booking assistance.
Can I request a specific hotel?
Yes. Tell us the hotel you have in mind and we will check availability and options for your dates.
Why don't you show hotel prices?
Hotel prices change with the season, availability and room type. Instead of showing prices that may be out of date, we prepare a quote based on your dates and preferences.

Yes. We can help with accommodation in Makkah, in Madinah or in both.
How will I receive my quote?
Quotes are normally sent via WhatsApp, or by email at makkahmadina11@yahoo.com if needed.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
Yes, bank transfer may be available upon confirmation. Please contact us through WhatsApp to discuss your booking. Once the arrangements are confirmed, our team can share the relevant bank account details directly with you.
