We don’t sell one fixed package. We listen to the size and needs of your group, then arrange accommodation, transport and ziyarat that suit everyone travelling.

Group Transport
Transport sized to your group, from vans such as the Hyundai Staria and Hyundai Starex for smaller groups to minibuses, Coasters and large coaches with up to 49 seats, with more than one vehicle arranged for groups of 50 or more, subject to availability. This covers transfers from Jeddah Airport to Makkah, the journey between Makkah and Madinah, and local travel during your stay.

Organising a Group Umrah
If you are the group leader or organiser, sharing a few details at the start helps us prepare an accurate quote:
- Travel dates: your arrival and departure dates, and how many nights you plan to spend in Makkah and Madinah.
- Group size: the number of travellers, including children and elderly members.
- Room requirements: how many rooms you need and of what type, for example double, triple, quad or family rooms.
- Hotel preferences: how close you would like to be to the Haram and any budget range.
- Flight details: your arrival and departure airports and times, so we can plan transfers.
- Services needed: for example transport only, hotels and transport, or ziyarat as well.
- Any special needs: such as travellers who use a walking aid or wheelchair, so we can take this into account when planning.
We send the quote to you as the organiser, so you have one point of contact for the whole group’s arrangements in Saudi Arabia.

Group sizes, room combinations, dates and services vary from one group to another. Instead of a fixed price, we prepare a quote based on your group’s plans, so it only includes the services you need.
What affects the price of a group Umrah package?
The main factors are your travel dates, the size of your group, the hotels and room types you choose, the number of nights in Makkah and Madinah, the type of vehicle needed, and whether you add ziyarat. Busy periods such as Ramadan and school holidays book up earlier, so larger groups should plan well in advance.
Do your Umrah packages include flights?
Our packages cover your arrangements in Saudi Arabia: hotels, transport, ziyarat and guidance. Most UK pilgrims book their own flights, and we plan everything around their arrival and departure times. If you would like help with flight tickets, ask us on WhatsApp.
